Through expert hands-on adjustments, joint mobility and stability are further enhanced, fostering a harmonious mind-body connection and overall well-being.

✨ Sound Massage utilises singing bowls placed on your body to enhance exposure to vibration, aiding in regulating your nervous system and unlocking your innate healing abilities. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary - this event is open to all levels.

All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring anything that you feel will make you more comfortable, such as your own yoga mat for additional padding or pillow.
