These poses promote deep relaxation and well-being while improving circulation. Through expert hands-on adjustments, joint mobility and stability are further enhanced, fostering a harmonious mind-body connection and overall well-being.

✨ Sound Massage utilises singing bowls placed on your body to enhance exposure to vibration, aiding in regulating your nervous system and unlocking your innate healing abilities. By stimulating brainwaves, it induces a deep restorative state, fostering improved sleep, potential relief from anxiety and insomnia, and overall enhancement of well-being.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary - this event is open to all levels.

Bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and leave with a renewed sense of vitality, clarity, and serenity.

All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring anything that you feel will make you more comfortable, such as your own yoga mat for additional padding or pillow.

NOTE:

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to start time as we require some additional information in order to personalise the experience for you, and wouldn’t want this to cut into the session time.
