Water by Design invites erosion and sediment control (ESC) practitioners to ESC Legals training. Learn how to identify an offense under the Environmental Protection Act 440ZG, collect evidence, and issue statutory notices and PINs.

Also hear valuable insights and relevant examples from the presenter, Richard Scholl, who has a background as a police prosecutor, and more recently, as a criminal defence lawyer. In addition, he has been involved in ESC training for several years with Townsville City Council.
