In Good Company presents: Eudaimonia

Set against a beautiful clifftop overlooking Rangitoto Island, the team at Icemunity & Sauna Collective presents a 3.5-hour, soul-nourishing experience that blends sauna, cold plunge, mindful movement, and community

This will be the first time both Sauna Collective Saunas will be in the location!! (thats 30+ people enjoying sauna together!)

Eudaimonia, meaning “human flourishing,” invites you into an environment where your nervous system resets, your body reawakens, and your mind finds stillness - all in the company of like-minded people.
