Experience the magic of sustainable dining as FareShare chefs and Wonki mixologists unite for two unforgettable nights at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. In the heart of Abbotsford, these culinary talents will take you on a journey, transforming rescued ingredients into a spectacular three-course meal, paired with innovative Wonki drink creations—all made from surplus food that would have otherwise gone to waste.

Live Demonstrations & Inspired Recipes: Get a front-row seat to watch the chefs and mixologists in action as they craft an inspired entrée, main course, dessert and unique drink pairings. Held over two evenings, Friday the 21st of March 2025 and Saturday the 22nd of March 2025, the event commences from 7.00pm and finishes at 10.30pm
