Everyday Mindfulness - commencing 23 May
Event description
Everyday Mindfulness
An in-person course in the Blue Mountains
Everyday Mindfulness is all about you.
Your wellbeing, your relationships, your self-kindness, and your ability to meet the challenges of daily life with steadiness and care.
This seven-week course, taught by Jenny Steadman in person at Glenbrook Yoga Space, is designed to help you develop a grounded and sustainable mindfulness practice that fits into your real, everyday life.
Through gentle teaching, reflection, guided meditation, and meaningful connection, you’ll learn how to:
-
Be more present and engaged
-
Respond rather than react
-
Bring clarity and compassion to challenges
-
Strengthen your ability to stay centred in the midst of it all
With regular practice, mindfulness becomes a source of energy, calm, joy, and resilience—one that’s always within reach.

The registration fee is $60 + GST, which helps cover running costs. This amount is payable before the course begins. Bookings are made via the Humanitix website. At checkout, you'll have the option to cover a small booking fee charged by Humanitix, which supports education programs for disadvantaged children.
At the end of the course, participants will be invited to make a contribution towards the teaching, based on what feels right for them. This approach allows each person to reflect on what the course has meant to them and to offer an amount that feels both appropriate and affordable.
If you're unsure what to contribute, it may help to know that people typically offer between $25 and $250. There’s no expectation—just an open invitation to offer what feels right for your circumstances and the value you received.
Contributions can be made via cash or electronic transfer at the completion of the program. 🙏
