EWB-SWE Annual Meeting 2025 – Online event

This year’s Annual meeting will be held on April 26, at 13.00 - 14.30

Engineers Without Borders Sweden is pleased to welcome all members to our Annual Meeting on April 26, 13:00-14.30. The event is open to all EWB-SWE members The Annual Meeting is a great chance to make your voice heard and influence EWB-SWE´s future by submitting a motion and voting on issues raised during the meeting. During the event, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about ongoing projects and programs, as well as recent developments. 

ProposalsDeadline for proposals was April 10th, 2025. The Annual Report and Meeting DocumentsThe Annual Report and other meeting documents will be distributed one week ahead of the meeting to all members who have signed up for the Annual Meeting. 

Meeting Agenda

1. Opening of annual meeting
2. Election of meeting chairperson and secretary
3. Selection of adjuster, including voter calculator, to adjust the minutes together with the chairperson of the meeting
4. Approval of the annual meeting summons
5. Determination of electoral roll, list of present members
6. Determination of agenda
7. Presentation of the annual report
8. Accounting and Financial Statements
9. Presentation of the Auditor's Report
10. Determination of annual report and financial statements
11. Question of discharge for the board
12. Election of chairman, deputy chairman and members of the board
13. Election of one or more auditors/accountant
14. Election of Nomination Committee
15. Reporting of budget
16. Determination of membership fees
17. Other decision matters and proposals that have been notified in writing to the organization's chairperson or secretary general no later than two weeks before the annual meeting (that is April 10th, 2025)
18. Other matters without decisions
19. Closure of the meeting
