Cash flow Management is critical for all small businesses owners!
Understanding and tracking how much money is coming in and out of your business and how to accurately forecast and manage cashflow can help your business grow and prosper.
No previous cashflow management experience is needed for this workshop, although we encourage you to bring your financial statements to the workshop so you can review your finances during the workshop.
The workshop will cover:
- The importance of understanding and monitoring your cashflow;
- What your cashflow statement can tell you about your business;
- The difference between cashflow and profit;
- The importance of cashflow forecasts;
- How earning more does not always translate to more cashflow; and
- Tips to improve your cashflow
This workshop is for busy Small Business Owners who sometimes feel overwhelmed by financial spreadsheets, who feel they have lost control of their cashflow and need help to get their finances back on track.
Presenter: Carmelina Fiorentino
Carmelina is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor/ Mentor with extensive experience working with businesses across a range of industry sectors.
She has experience in financial management, strategic planning, governance, and business performance improvement.
