No previous cashflow management experience is needed for this workshop, although we encourage you to bring your financial statements to the workshop so you can review your finances during the workshop.

What your cashflow statement can tell you about your business;
The difference between cashflow and profit;
The importance of cashflow forecasts;
How earning more does not always translate to more cashflow; and
Tips to improve your cashflow

This workshop is for busy Small Business Owners who sometimes feel overwhelmed by financial spreadsheets, who feel they have lost control of their cashflow and need help to get their finances back on track.
