What is Kundalini yoga?
Most people know that the word ‘yoga’ means union and refers to Unity Consciousness. Yoga practices (energy of prana, mind, senses and body) allows for the direction towards the process of transformation and the direct experience of Unity Consciousness.Â
Kundalini yoga helps support the unfolding of Kundalini energy (creative power and energy) through various practices including physical postures, breathing techniques, voice, meditation and relaxation.
