About Our Speakers 

Anika Brown – Head of Marketing, Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery 

Anika Brown is the Head of Marketing for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery. Anika started her career as an Occupational Therapist in the Hunter region, before moving to the UK where she worked for a number years helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.  Returning to Australia in 2011 Anika moved to medical device sales at Johnson & Johnson where she has worked in sales, education and leadership roles.   Anika has a young family and is a strong advocate for finding balance while continuing to make a difference in her career. Anika also completed her Executive MBA in 2024 which she intends to use to support her purpose of positively influencing others to grow both in life and work.  Passionate for mentoring people Anika is Co-Lead of the ANZ WLI Committee.   

Warwick Shaw – Senior Manager, Market Access for Cell & Gene Therapies 

Warwick has over 20 years of experience in the MedTech, Cell, Tissue and Gene Therapies sectors working in various government agencies and across biotech start-ups and multi-national healthcare organisations.   

His roles have covered market access, project management, regulatory, quality and scientific assessor roles.  

Warwick is the Senior Manager, Market Access for Cell & Gene Therapies at Johnson & Johnson.
