What:

We will begin by going within. You will be guided by Gigi Chiarello through a grounding meditation and the energy of your beloved pet will be welcomed into the space.

As the Tea begins to flow, you will be invited to open to being with all that is arising from within; including receiving any messages, guidance, and perhaps even wisdom, coming forth from your pet. After several bowls in silence ...

You will then be lead into connecting with your pet through an embodied yoga experience with Kat Tudor, as she prepares you for a guided painting experience, expressing your pet's essence. All levels welcome!

In closing, we will come together for an opportunity to share, for those wishing to be witnessed in their experience. And, the ceremony will conclude with a guided reflection supporting you in integrating the inner wisdom that arose, as you journey forth...
