This retreat offers a beautiful opportunity to receive big healing, life-transformation and insight.

What’s your intention for coming sweet one?

We will be working with the following powerful practices:

Joyful Tulsi Cacao Ceremony (Heart and Spirit opening)
Restoration and relaxation time in nature’s lap
A diet of simple cleansing nourishing foods and powerful herbs for physical detoxification and regeneration
Baño de Flores (Flower Bath)

Dietary restrictions

There is some preparation of the body required for optimum investment of your time and money.

For the optimum experience, we recommend cleansing the body for about a week prior to retreat by eating a mostly vegetarian diet (a little bit of fish and chicken is OK). This supports maximum benefits and minimum resistance to the transformative process. A clean body, allows us to process easier.

We trust that you know what’s best for your body. A diet based on fresh, whole and organic food and pure water is most advisable. Love your body temple. Enjoy daily healthy exercise. Refrain from alcohol, all mind-altering substances, caffeine, sugar (& ideally meat) to retain your vital force energy in the days before your retreat.

BYO bedding, Single sheet, Pillow and Towel Both Beach and Bath.

Nutrition
Organic, nourishing Autumn-chi enhancing foods to provide us with the optimum experience with these practices and to deliver us into Spring feeling sparkling, clear and fully fantastic.

We promote community at our events, so please bring with you 1 x Dinner and 2 x lunches to share with the group. (Please let this be as clean as possible, No Dairy or Gluten, No red meat, low sugar and preservative)

Retreats... what to wear

Comfortable clothes

Bring some warm clothes as it does get cold during the night.
Very important: Please refrain from wearing any artificial chemicals of any kind, including non-plant based deodorants, personal care products and clothes washed in perfumed laundry detergent. Our sense of smell can become very attuned and these fragrances may really disturb you or your neighbours!

Spa

Swimwear or birthday suit, and an extra towel.

What to Bring

Torch and batteries
Pillow and bedding, single beds, sheet, and pillow
A yoga mat or picnic blanket
For Cacao Ceremony, please bring your favourite dancing clothes to move your divine body
Water-bottle
1 x Image of you as a child
1 x Image of a woman you admire
Something meaningful for you to add to our Altar
Personal items – towels, toiletries and comfy outdoor clothes
Something your feel really comfortable and Sexy in, some lingerie perhaps, a pair of nice knickers and bra (please don't go buying anything new, something you already own, that you feel divine in)
Hat
Rain gear
Walking Shoes
Slides or Thongs
1 x Dinner to share with the group

Shawl (for keeping back warm around fire at night if needed)
Pen for our vision in action sessions

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrive: 10 am to set up for a 1pm start on Friday May 20th (our first meal together will be dinner, so bring some snacks in case you get peckish)

A Word about Integration:
These retreats are gently powerful.
It can be useful to avoid being really busy in the first few days after our retreat, to allow integration to open gently.
