Divine Women, It's time, to commit to expressing your uniqueness in this world, to understand how trauma (Nervous System Imprints) show up in your life and learn some powerful tools to support you to work with and clear these imprints, to live life the way you want to and should.

The past few years have been a huge, it has bought us pain, suffering, division, clarity, certainty, uncertainty, love, joy and disconnection, not only from others but most devastatingly disconnection form ourselves, as we turned our gaze outward. We all moved through this time in our own way, but as a collective, not one of us was left unaffected.

We experience life through the lens of our unhealed selves. Where our experiences in life created trauma (where our nervous system was imprinted and skips over this imprint over and over again and we are activated into behaviour that does not serve us in our full expression).

My experience of trauma is through lived experience, my own healing and 10 + years of being in service to others as they navigate their own nervous system imprints.

This retreat is intended for you to have a safe container to explore your own imprints and learn potent, simple tools to support you lift the energetic veil of protection between yourself and the world.I believe the more you secure your devotion to self love and evolution, the more you wont be afraid that you will loose your way, because you know your path and self in new and potent ways.

- Hear stories of courage and the journey of womanhood.

- Be held in sacred circle

- Witness and feel emotional, physical and spiritual alchemy.
