This is an indoor class that will prepare you for urban sketching.
We'll focus on:
• Drawing and painting from observation
• One-, two-, and three-point perspective
• Simplifying complex scenes and capturing likeness
• Basic composition and visual storytelling
• Working with ink and watercolor for sketching
• Introduction to other media and mixed media techniques (charcoal, pastel, marker, collage)
• Preparing for sketching and painting on location
