Before visiting the farm, please read ALL of the information below

All tour participants must:

Wear enclosed shoes or boots (no thongs or sandals ) and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long pants are recommended.
Bring a hat and sunscreen or rain gear, depending on the weather forecast. We also suggest bringing a water bottle pre-filled with water.

Safety and Accessibility:

The Green Connect farm is a working farm and you enter the site at your own risk. It is particularly important that you are aware of the following:

The ground on the farm can be particularly steep, uneven and slippery in places.
Please wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes. Sorry, no thongs or sandals allowed.
Though we do take it slowly, the tour involves a mildly strenuous walk and is not accessible for prams, wheelchairs or those with moderate-serious mobility issues. Please contact us if you have concerns.
Parents and carers must take responsible for supervising their children. Because prams are not allowed, infants will need to be carried.
We have animals on site, including pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, bees and the occasional snake, as well as macadamia trees. Please notify us if anyone in your group is allergic and bring your Epipen on your visit.

Be prepared for the weather:

Rain or shine, the Green Connect farm is a wonderful place to visit. Getting wet or muddy is all part of the fun! We don't cancel events in wet weather unless there is a dangerous storm so it is essential that you come prepared. If the weather has been wet, please wear gumboots or shoes/boots that can get wet and muddy. You are also welcome to bring rain jackets and umbrellas.

COVID-19 Important Information:

To ensure all visitors are safe while visiting the farm, we have put in place several measures in keeping with NSW Government guidelines. Please do not visit Green Connect Farm if you’re unwell, are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have visited a COVID hotspot in the last 14 days. If you need to postpone your visit, please let us know ASAP.

Getting here:

Your farm tour will begin from the farm entrance at 6 Anna Avenue, Warrawong. There is a small sign at the end of the driveway, but be aware that it can be hard to find! We recommend using a GPS if you have one. Please park on the street. At this stage, we're unable to allow parking inside the farm gates.

Please arrive 10 minutes early:

When you arrive, come through the gate and meet us in the education space (accessible through the bamboo fence near the entrance).

Additional Considerations:

We have two composting toilets on the farm, which you are welcome to use if required. However, please be aware that they are very basic.
