Family Systemic Constellations

Family Systemic Constellations is an experiential and therapeutic approach that works both individually and in groups to help transform stuck life patterns.​

It combines two key perspectives:

• Embodied approach — engaging the whole self: heart, mind, body, and spirit, with a felt sense of connection.

• Systemic perspective — recognising that we are all interconnected within larger relational systems.

• Transgenerational (across multiple generations)

Core Principles: The Orders of Love

Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, identified four fundamental principles—known as the Orders of Love:

1. Law of “What Is”

2. Law of Belonging

3. Law of Order

4. Law of Balance

These principles describe the natural laws that support harmony within family and organisational systems. When aligned, they foster:

• A sense of rightful belonging

• Balanced relationships

• Greater peace and stability

A Phenomenological Approach

This work invites participants to step beyond familiar stories and narratives and instead:

• Observe facts and events as they are

• Explore a deeper understanding of conscience and connection

• Rediscover the hidden presence of love within family systems

It is a lived, felt experience that can bring freedom, insight, and joy—even in the presence of life’s challenges.

What to Anticipate

You do not need prior experience. You are welcome exactly as you are. You may anticipate: 

• A warm, respectful group environment

• Guided embodied practices to settle and arrive

• One or more full constellations, depending on the group

• Opportunities to participate as a representative or witness

• Gentle integration and reflection

• A sense of spaciousness, clarity, and inner grounding

• Selah sound meditation with singing bowls
