Family Systemic Constellations

Family Systemic Constellations with Karena Coller offers a gentle, grounded space to explore the patterns that shape our relationships, choices, and inner life. Through guided systemic work, you are invited to see a wide perspective of our systemic family and society. Karena holds the space with warmth, steadiness, and deep respect - together, creating a field where each person is met with dignity and care. Whether you participate in your own constellation, represent for others, or simply witness, the experience offers insight, connection, and a quiet sense of coming home to yourself.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Family Systemic Constellations

Family Systemic Constellations is an experiential and therapeutic approach that works both individually and in groups to help transform stuck life patterns.

It combines two key perspectives:

Embodied approach — engaging the whole self: heart, mind, body, and spirit, with a felt sense of connection.
Systemic perspective — recognising that we are all interconnected within larger relational systems.

Purpose and Benefits

The principles of constellation work provide a practical guide for healing and personal growth. Through this work, participants can:

Gain insight, clarity, and perspective
Take a next best step forward

Address challenges in:

Personal life
Relationships
Work and finances
Develop greater love, compassion, and understanding

As learning is embodied and integrated in a natural way of unfolding, these insights lead to meaningful and lasting transformation.

Scope of the Work

This approach addresses patterns and challenges across multiple levels:

Individual (Intrapersonal & Interpersonal)
Generational (within one generation)
Intergenerational (between generations)
Transgenerational (across multiple generations)

It helps reveal and resolve:

Trauma and unresolved experiences
Hidden family dynamics and entanglements
Inherited patterns and legacy burdens

The outcome is a deeper sense of peace, connection, and harmony in everyday life and relationships.

How It Works

Family Systemic Constellations brings awareness to:

Dynamic patterns
Past events
Complex relational systems

Through this process:

The connection between past, present, and future becomes clearer
Insight naturally emerges
New possibilities for moving forward become visible

This clarity opens the way for positive changes in daily life.

The Healing Journey

Engaging in this work requires courage and openness. In return, it supports:

A pathway through personal, relational, or financial challenges
Movement toward strength, calm, and belonging
A deeper appreciation for vulnerability as a source of growth

This healing extends beyond the individual, benefiting:

Past generations
Present relationships
Future generations

Core Principles: The Orders of Love

Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, identified four fundamental principles—known as the Orders of Love:

Law of “What Is”
Law of Belonging
Law of Order
Law of Balance

These principles describe the natural laws that support harmony within family and organisational systems. When aligned, they foster:

A sense of rightful belonging
Balanced relationships
Greater peace and stability

A Phenomenological Approach

This work invites participants to step beyond familiar stories and narratives and instead:

Observe facts and events as they are
Explore a deeper understanding of conscience and connection
Rediscover the hidden presence of love within family systems

It is a lived, felt experience that can bring freedom, insight, and joy—even in the presence of life’s challenges.
