Family Yoga with Willow
Four-week session, Thursdays July 21, 28, August 4, & 11 – 9:30am
Instructor: Willow MacDonald; 200 hour YTT, currently working on 300 hour YTT from Sadhana Yoga School
Cost: $40 per family, and includes all four sessions (while registering please indicate number of participants in your immediate family who will be attending the class)
Family yoga is a perfect way to unplug, connect and spend loved-up, joy-filled quality time together as a family. Each session will have a different imaginative theme of focus to keep even the youngest participants fully engaged in this fun and relaxing practice.
**Participants should bring their own yoga mats.
