Support our Buffalo Culinary Community with this fundraising dinner by
The American Culinary Federation Buffalo Chapter
Enjoy a feast-for-the-eyes, multi-course meal on the farm and experience a mini culinary tour through re-imagined Buffalo food favorites as expressed through Chefs of the American Culinary Federation Buffalo Chapter! Relax amongst the gardens, orchards and grounds surrounded by the sounds of farm life (our chickens, ducks, geese and sheep.)
At this dinner, multiple chefs will each create a unique course featuring our local food growers and makers as well as Crown Hill Farm.
Sit down to a meal prepared by our ACF Chefs who brings us their interpretations of Buffalo Food Classics and the pleasure of eating a meal straight from the farm. (detailed menu available closer to the event)In order to work with what is at its best, the full menu will not be finalized until soon before the dinner.)
Be greeted to Crown Hill Farm by Missy Singer DuMars with a tour of the farm and discussion of what is in season. Learn about the unique vegetable varieties we grow - chosen for flavor, color, joy & regional adaptability. Hear a bit of the rich history of Crown Hill Farm, from its farmhouse to its multiple owners as varied as what the gardens now grow!
Then, sit amongst the fullness of the apple orchard, gardens, surrounding hay field & vineyard with a view of Lake Erie on the horizon. Take in the beauty of the early evening light as our ACF Chefs tantalize you with what they create in addition to hand-selected wine pairings chosen for the evening’s meal.
Bring along your friends or family to sit together to dine on this multi-course Farm-to-Table meal and enjoy the optional add-on wine pairings hosted by Kim from Six Friends Cabernet.
