JAH is a seasoned fitness expert, wellness strategist, and founder of The Freedom KitTMWith over 30 years of experience and a strong family legacy in sports, JAH has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve sustainable, pain-free performance by addressing the body from the inside out.
At the core of his philosophy is the principle of “Roots to Results”—a holistic framework built on the understanding that true, lasting fitness begins with a strong internal foundation. This includes proper nutrition, adequate rest and muscle recovery, a disciplined mindset, spiritual alignment, and the development of precise technique. He teaches that improperly stretching tight muscle often worsens dysfunction, reinforcing cycles of pain.
His methodology instead focuses on tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, fascia release, and muscle elongation—restoring muscles to their natural length and function. These techniques form the foundation of The Freedom KitTM, empowering clients to restore mobility, eliminate pain, and enhance performance safely and effectively.
Through JAH Wellness, he is building a movement centered on freedom, longevity, and empowered living
