    Come visit Field + Fin, a unique oasis with an aquaponics and mushroom farm nestled within Marrickville’s industrial area. On Friday May 17th, we are hosting a Climate Week dinner with inspiring speakers that are creating innovative and sustainable food systems and solutions. Speakers include:

    • Daz Bern: Conservationist and creator and founder of Field + Fin 
    • Mat Goddard: Founder of land based fish farming startup, Aquacultr
    • Paul Millett: CEO of InvertiGro, revolutionising indoor vertical farming
    • Moderated by Marna Eringa, strategy and operations at Field + Fin

    Dinner includes delicious dishes cooked by fire at the onsite camp-style kitchen. Expect mushrooms, smoked and slow cooked vegetables, meat and fish. Vegan and gluten free food options are also available. It will be served buffet style between a multistorey mural by a Timorese graffiti artist.

    Ticket includes entry, dinner, and panel discussion. Drinks to be purchased at the bar separately.
