Climate Week Dinner at an urban aquaponics farm + panel on food solution innovations

Come visit Field + Fin, a unique oasis with an aquaponics and mushroom farm nestled within Marrickvilleās industrial area. On Friday May 17th, we are hosting a Climate Week dinner with inspiring speakers that are creating innovative and sustainable food systems and solutions. Speakers include:
- Daz Bern: Conservationist and creator and founder of Field + FinĀ
- Mat Goddard: Founder of land based fish farming startup, Aquacultr
- Paul Millett: CEO of InvertiGro,Ā revolutionising indoor vertical farming
- Moderated by Marna Eringa, strategy and operations at Field + Fin
Dinner includes delicious dishes cooked by fire at the onsite camp-style kitchen. Expect mushrooms, smoked and slow cooked vegetables, meat and fish. Vegan and gluten free food options are also available.Ā It will be served buffet style between a multistorey mural by a Timorese graffiti artist.
