Take this journey with kindred spirits for just one month and experience for yourself what happens when you practice yoga more than once a week.

How the Challenge works:

  • Commences Saturday Feb 1st, concludes Sunday 2nd March 2025.
  • Attend 4 classes per week. In-Studio or via Live-Stream. There are 19 classes on our weekly schedule.
  • Each week will have a different focus.
  • Nurture a Meditation practice: 5 min/day Wk 1;  10 mins/day Wk 2;  15/min/day Wk 3;  20min/day Wk 4
  • Start with a Cacao Ceremony to set the intention for the month.
  • Check off your Meditation and class practice on the Studio’s Challenge Chart.
  • Enjoy the journey with your fellow challengees.
  • End the Challenge with Krista’s powerful Breathwork Session on Sunday 2nd March
  • Upon successful completion (ie. meditate everyday and attend 4 classes/week) get 20% discount off your next membership.
  • Investment: $290 (minimum value $310)
