How the Challenge works:

Commences Saturday Feb 1st, concludes Sunday 2nd March 2025.
Attend 4 classes per week. In-Studio or via Live-Stream. There are 19 classes on our weekly schedule.
Each week will have a different focus.
Nurture a Meditation practice: 5 min/day Wk 1; 10 mins/day Wk 2; 15/min/day Wk 3; 20min/day Wk 4
Start with a Cacao Ceremony to set the intention for the month.
Check off your Meditation and class practice on the Studio’s Challenge Chart.
Enjoy the journey with your fellow challengees.
End the Challenge with Krista’s powerful Breathwork Session on Sunday 2nd March
