A safe space workshop with therapists TJ & Hannah exploring mindfulness & movement practices to:
support those experiencing dysphoria
facilitate strategies for managing incongruence
teach grounding & nervous system regulation tools

TJ brings his experiences as a trans man and mental health clinician, and Hannah brings her work as a somatic movement artist and mental health clinician to this safe space workshop. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement. No shoes are allowed in the studio, but bare feet and socks are welcome!

The studio has a free, on-site parking lot.
- Can I take the city bus?
Yes! The 2 and the 11 buses have nearby stops.
- Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Please make sure they register too.
- What should I bring?
You may want to bring a water bottle and a device or notepad-- these are not required though!
