Toning Temple

Experience the potent therapeutic power of your voice with Saritah @saritahmusic via the ancient practice of vocal toning. This multidimensional guided vocal meditation practice clears your energy centers, benefiting all your systems and functions and reconnecting you to your True Nature. 

Sacred Song Circle

Share in the exalted joy of offering our voices up together as one via some high-frequency original chants that invite in Light, Love, and Gratitude. Pour your heart into your voice, and explore harmony and free singing. This is Bliss! 

Soothing Sounds

We'll conclude our day with a serene sound bath experience. All you need to do is lay back, get comfy, and allow the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and Tibetan metal bowls to wash over you. Emily will guide you into a deeply meditative Theta brainwave state with her carefully chosen notes and frequencies. 

Supportive Sisterhood

Worried about not being "a singer"? Don't be! This immersion is for all women, regardless of vocal experience. We promise you won't be put on the spot. Feminine Frequency is all about creating a fun, supportive, and relaxing space for you to explore the amazing benefits of using your voice and the magic of sound healing.
