Venue: Common Earth Studio,

116A Terrace Rd, Guildford, WA

Doors Open at 1:30 pm for a 2:00 pm start.

Have you ever felt silenced, afraid to speak up, or under-expressed - held back by the fear of judgement and criticism of using your voice? (hint: most women know this feeling too well!)

Perhaps you're weighed down by the multiple responsibilities you're carrying, and the related stress and anxiety are taking a toll on your emotions as well as your overall well-being, stifling your creativity and leaving you disconnected from your soul's expression.

Or maybe you're just feeling overwhelmed and burnt out from the stressors of daily life and longing to reconnect with the joy, freedom, and flow you know is possible?

The empowerment that comes from finally releasing the fear and limiting beliefs around using your voice and showing up for it allows you to deepen your connection with yourself and step into more of who you are.

Imagine discovering tools that guide you toward vocal liberation, giving you the confidence to express yourself with ease and clarity while tapping into the healing power of your own sound.

Once you embrace your voice (the only one just like it in all of Creation!) and learn how to use it to cultivate peace and balance, your connection to yourself and your creative energy transforms forever.

If you're ready to move from self-criticism to trusting (and maybe even loving!) your voice while connecting deeply with other women in a supportive environment, join us for Feminine Frequency International Women's Day at Common Earth in Guildford!

You can expect:

Toning Temple

Experience the potent therapeutic power of your voice with Saritah @saritahmusic via the ancient practice of vocal toning. This multidimensional guided vocal meditation practice clears your energy centers, benefiting all your systems and functions and reconnecting you to your True Nature.

Sacred Song Circle

Share in the exalted joy of offering our voices up together as one via some high-frequency original chants that invite in Light, Love, and Gratitude. Pour your heart into your voice, and explore harmony and free singing. This is Bliss!

Soothing Sounds

We'll conclude our day with a serene sound bath experience. All you need to do is lay back, get comfy, and allow the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and Tibetan metal bowls to wash over you. Emily will guide you into a deeply meditative Theta brainwave state with her carefully chosen notes and frequencies.

Supportive Sisterhood

Worried about not being "a singer"? Don't be! This immersion is for all women, regardless of vocal experience. We promise you won't be put on the spot. Feminine Frequency is all about creating a fun, supportive, and relaxing space for you to explore the amazing benefits of using your voice and the magic of sound healing.
