    Fermented As Anything

    Presented by Beaker Street

    Join evolutionary biologist Dr Margo Adler to learn about the microbiology behind vegetable fermentation, then make your own jars of delicious sauerkraut and other veggie ferments.

    All equipment and vegetables provided. BYO clean jars (no need to sterilise), and any veggies you've got on hand. (Even the little bits of things left in the fridge — fermenting is a perfect way to use them up!) we will also have some to use.

    Tickets and Cancellations:
    Our workshops at YouthARC have limited spots and can be quite popular. To minimise the number of people missing out, please be mindful of others and only book the number of tickets you need. If you have booked a ticket and can no longer attend, please cancel your booking or contact us, so we can offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist. 

    A member of the YouthARC team may give you a call to confirm your attendance a few days prior to the workshop.
