An intimate sixteen-course experience at Camp Quaranup.

Join Paul Iskov and the Fervor team for an intimate evening celebrating the flavours of the Great Southern, at historic Camp Quaranup in Kinjarling.

Your sixteen-course tasting experience begins with canapés overlooking the harbour and continues inside Camp Quaranup’s historic isolation ward. You’ll be part of an intimate table of thirty, sharing a little more of a region Paul has spent many years exploring.

The menu celebrates exceptional local produce, with a focus on native Australian ingredients. Alongside it, a curated selection of remarkable wines from across the region will be expertly paired throughout the evening.

Camp Quaranup’s heritage buildings offer a beautiful setting for an evening of generous hospitality, good company and a shared appreciation for this corner of the world.

Please note: Every Fervor menu is individually designed around the produce and setting. This sixteen-course experience will have a strong seafood focus. The menu does contain gluten and dairy, although our menus are generally light on both. Pescatarian and gluten-free options are available with advance notice; please indicate your selection when booking. We’re unable to accommodate other dietary requirements for this event. If you have a food allergy that isn’t covered by the options above, please reach out to Steph at bookings@fervor.com.au before booking. We’d love to talk it through with you and confirm what’s possible.
