Join Paul Iskov and the Fervor team for an intimate evening celebrating the flavours of the Great Southern, at historic Camp Quaranup in Kinjarling.

Your sixteen-course tasting experience begins with canapés overlooking the harbour and continues inside Camp Quaranup’s historic isolation ward. You’ll be part of an intimate table of thirty, sharing a little more of a region Paul has spent many years exploring.

The menu celebrates exceptional local produce, with a focus on native Australian ingredients. Alongside it, a curated selection of remarkable wines from across the region will be expertly paired throughout the evening.

Camp Quaranup’s heritage buildings offer a beautiful setting for an evening of generous hospitality, good company and a shared appreciation for this corner of the world.

Please note: Every Fervor menu is individually designed around the produce and setting. This sixteen-course experience will have a strong seafood focus. The menu does contain gluten and dairy, although our menus are generally light on both. Pescatarian and gluten-free options are available with advance notice; please indicate your selection when booking.
