It's time to STOP surviving and START thriving.
Each week we will dive into a new topic to help you master stress and build resilience:
- Session 1 History of Meditation, Styles, and Techniques. This session will debunk some myths about meditation and explore different styles to find the one that works best for you. We will explore empty space and connect to the unified field of consciousness, the space filled with unconditional love where you are infinitely powerful.
- Session 2 Decode Stress: Understand the fight-flight-freeze-fawn response and its impact on your health and well-being. In this session you will get intimate with your personal stress response and learn the magic of the pause and radical acceptance.
- Session 3 Meet Your Vagus Nerve: Dive into the science of the Vagus nerve and its role in stress management. We will practive a whole rance of techniques to activate the vagus nerve for lasting results. My favourite class of this series! Get ready to sing, dance, and play!
- Session 4 Building Inner Strength for Stress Resilience: Build confidence and feel comfortable with who you are and what you are doing with your life - self-love mastery!
- Session 5 The Art of Setting Healthy Boundaries: Learn how to establish and maintain boundaries that nurture your well-being and strengthen relationships. At the end of this class you will know that self-care is not selfish!
- Session 6 Build a Lasting Practice: Practice the tools you have learned independently and with confidence. This session is going to guide you through some advanced practices that are sure to boost your self-healing power and set you up for continuous practice.
This course is for anyone who is ready to bring more calm into their lives.
Each session will include some theory, gentle movement and breathwork, guided relaxation, creative visualisation, and meditation, as well as time to catch up over a cuppa with the community.
You will benefit most from attending all sessions, but you are most welcome to drop in to selected classes only!
