3-hours mindfulness meditation retreat opportunity to come together in a friendly, beautiful setting at the Avebury House, and be guided in experiential skills in mindfulness from a Oxford trained facilitator. Pamper yourself or gift this to someone. Walk through the beautiful gardens on the grounds and coffee/tea included.

Learn what happens to our minds as we meet triggers from our senses
Learn how to work with the mind to rediscover calm and reconnect to inner resources
