Welcome to "Finding Your True North" – A 1-hour workshop focused on mental health, mindfulness, relationships, and soul purpose.

The original price for this workshop has always been $100 per person; however, in our desire to make things more accessible, inclusive, and diverse, we’ve gone rogue and decided to run it on a "pay what you feel" basis!
There’s an initial $11 ticket confirmation booking fee. From here, once the workshop has ended, you'll be invited to pay what you thought or felt the experience was worth to you.
This workshop is literally aimed at EVERYONE… ALL members of the community, as well as parents, teens, teachers, and business owners.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for a 7:00 p.m. start, and I can’t wait to see you there! 🙂

Combining motivational discussions, guided yoga, meditation practices, and self-reflection exercises, this workshop brings your mindset to a state of well-being and clarity long after it ends. Because when you are able to operate from that feel-good place, you’re in a position to better serve yourself and your community.

At the end of the workshop, there will be some time to share and connect with each other while enjoying a healthy bunch of delicious snacks, as well as cacao from our good friends @SacredCacao. Nom Nom Nom!
