Description

What are you going to do in the First 72 Hours

What would you do if you were in an emergency and emergency responders couldn’t assist or get help to you for 72 hours?

The First 72 Hours prompts you to create an Emergency Plan for your business or household.

Building a safer and more resilient community is a shared responsibility across all Victorians, not just those in the Emergency Management sector.

Join this hands-on workshop and learn how to prepare for emergencies such as fires, floods, storms, heatwaves, power outages, and other unexpected events.

You'll discover practical actions you can take before an emergency happens, what to include in your emergency plan and kit, and how staying connected with others can help you respond and recover more effectively.

Build the knowledge, confidence and resilience to face emergencies feeling prepared, capable and ready for what comes next.

Tea and coffee, along with light snacks, will be provided.
