The Fitness Workshops series covers things the trans community actually wants from movement, body autonomy, navigating gym spaces, HRT and training, mental health and resilience, and building sustainable fitness habits for the long term.

You are welcome to book as many workshops in this series as you like. No need to attend all of them. Choose the ones that you want.

Fitness Workshop 4: Masc Muscles Workout & Top Surgery Q&A

A crew workout session built for mascs and masc aligned bodies, followed by an open Q&A on training around top surgery and transmasc training.

Let’s chat about return-to-training timelines, scar tissue and mobility, chest binding alternatives, and any physique goals you are chasing (or not) without guesswork or outdated advice. There is no one way to be masc and all expressions and experience levels are welcome.

We believe this is no one way to achieve affirmation. Real coaching, real bodies, no judgement.
