Train the Trainer ... Empower Your Community to Thrive Sustainably
More people than ever are seeking ways to live greener, more environmentally conscious lives. The Five Essentials for a Resilient World was created to help them succeed!
Conservation professionals will have a chance to experience this workshop, which offers a strategic framework that is geared to deepen participants' connection with the natural world. Attendees will leave with the skills and materials to teach it to others, inspiring their community and enhancing their way of life.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to share simple, meaningful changes that foster resilience—so your community members not only feel a more embodied connection to Earth but are confident that their activism is making a real difference.
This workshop will equip participants with the tools and confidence to bring resilience-building strategies back to their community. Designed for conservation practitioners—educators, advocates, researchers, and nonprofit leaders—this workshop will empower you to inspire and mobilize your audiences with actionable plans and turn-key materials.
You'll leave ready to lead change.
NOTE: Because we are offering this workshop at no cost, we ask that registration be limited to no more than two from any one organization. Space is limited, so don't delay in registering.
Here is the program you will experience and then take away from this workshop to share in your community:
The Five Essentials for a Resilient World offer simple concepts to help participants understand, make decisions, and take action in ways that benefit people, our fellow species, and our planet’s ecosystems.
These practices for sustainability and profound well-being invite participants to engage with sustainable living through thoughtful nature-based approaches. By harmonizing daily habits with eco-conscious values, individuals and communities can cultivate deeper connections to Earth and actively contribute to the emergence of a regenerative, truly resilient world.
The Essentials include:
Reconnect to Nature: Re-establish an intrinsic bond with the living world.
Respect All Life: Embrace reverence for every creature and ecosystem.
Regreen Our Planet: Participate actively in restoring Earth's verdant beauty.
Revamp Our Spending: Align consumption with conscious, sustainable choices.
Replenish Our Resources: Learn to nurture both inner and outer abundance.
Through journaling, guided mindfulness practices, and heartfelt conversation, participants will leave with a deeper sense of how to live from a more embodied nature connection.
Each participant will create a personal Five Essentials for a Resilient World take-home plan.
