    Every year at The Farm we host our wedding menu tasting, Flavours of The Farm. This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our culinary expertise and for you to indulge in a selection of exquisite dishes that could be featured at your upcoming wedding. From mouthwatering starters to decadent desserts, the whole experience is curated for you to have a taste of what your big day could be like. We promise an unforgettable journey that will tantalise your taste buds.

    Chorizo stuffed chicken, smokey bean cassoulet, garden herbs

    12hr master stock braised lamb shoulder, Kalamata olives, golden raisins, herbs

    Dark chocolate délice, passionfruit, caramelised popcorn

    Peanut butter cheesecake, gingerbread

    House made donuts, smoked vanilla crème pâtissière

    Vegetarian rice paper rolls, Vietnamese mint, hot and sauce 

    Spanish kingfish escabeche, sherry vinegar, shallot 

    Crispy Southern fried chicken, fermented chilli and buttermilk dressing 

    Duck, quince, star anise pithivier
