Where floral art meets dining. Celebrate the blooms of spring with an intimate, 14-seat Sunday brunch at San Telmo Studio in Chippendale.

Gather around a communal table styled with living, sculptural moss mounds for a warm, unhurried brunch with good food and kind company. We’ll kick off with light hearted floral icebreakers to spark easy conversation, followed by three seasonal courses showcasing edible blooms and native botanicals.

The 3 Course Botanical Menu

Entrée

• Zucchini Blossoms - Filled with ricotta cheese, lemon zest and served with seasonal sauce

Mains

• Slow-cooked Chicken - Chicken thighs on silky mash, creamy mustard sauce with greens and scattered spring petals

Dessert

• Blueberry & Yogurt Cake - Vanilla base with blueberries, buttercream and pressed edible flowers in sugar shards

To Sip

• Blushing Spring Fizz - Strawberry-rhubarb syrup, house lemonade, floating rose petals
