To begin, you’ll be guided by Brittany of Yoga with Britt through 30 delicious minutes of gentle, heart opening yoga asana. This is a space for intuitive movement, where each posture becomes an invitation to soften the body, expand the breath, and surrender the mind to something deeper. Expect slow, nourishing flow designed to ground your energy while creating subtle openness through the body.

From there, Shelbie of Sound & Soul will lead you into a deeply resonant sound bath experience. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, she creates an immersive soundscape that gently quiets the nervous system and attunes you to a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations work on a subtle level, guiding you into stillness, where restoration and inner clarity can unfold naturally.

The Aries new moon carries a potent energy of initiation, courage, and forward movement. This gathering offers a pause and a return inward, a moment to rest, soften, and tune in before setting forth into the energy of the new moon.
