This yoga lifestyle session will be a nurturing, valuable, enjoyable and insightful mental and physical health experience from start to finish. We'll start at the source, journey inward through yoga practices and engage externally through nourishment and social connection. You'll be guided to cultivate and balance your subtle energies, inspired to create nutritious and delicious food and educated to help inform your choices.

This hands-on session intends to help you feel more connected and enable your health and wellness goals. It will create energy, engage the senses and relieve tension. You'll gain perspective about how you can approach food and movement, why it's a good move and how they work together to serve you as a holistic lifestyle and preventative health approach.

Everybody will contribute to food on the day as we source and immerse ourselves in fresh, nourishing local produce. We'll practice flow yoga and restorative yoga, consider concepts, cook together, talk with each other and eat delicious food. Tracey's home-grown seasonal produce and natural tea infusions will be provided, along with other goodies.

Come as you are and dress comfortably. What to bring will be communicated on your confirmation email.
