Thank you for booking to attend @EventName. I’m so pleased you’re joining us for this special flow and food event and I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.

We’ll meet at 7:45am at the main entrance to the Canberra farmers market at EPIC in Mitchell. We’ll then move and gather on the side grass for introductions before spending 45 minutes in the market. Be prepared with some cash to spend on a few key assigned ingredients you’ll need to source at the market. We will combine everyone’s contributions to cook together that day.

At around 9am we will make our way to the Historic Gungahlin Homestead in Crace. To access the homestead, park in front of the gate at 80 Bellenden St and we will let you in. It is a private property used by Soldier On and CSIRO. There, we’ll practice yoga, cook and move through the rest of the workshop.

On the day please bring:

1. Personal Yoga Props

You’ll need to bring your yoga mat, a warm blanket, a pillow and any other props you may have, like a bolster, 2 yoga blocks or an eye pillow. I have a small amount of props but best you bring some too. There will be no yoga mats available to borrow.

2. Cooking Tools x2
- your medium sized non stick fry pan

- your mortar and pestle

3. Health Waiver
