Description
Flow into Summer
Four weeks of Qigong for Energy, Ease & Connection
Veale Gardens, Adelaide
As we move towards summer and the end of another busy year, take some time to reconnect with your body, breath and energy.
Flow into Summer is a special four-session Qigong series designed to help you feel more grounded, open, energised and connected through the ancient art of mindful movement.
Each session explores a different quality of practice, gradually bringing together movement, breath and intention into a more flowing and integrated experience.
Our Four-Session Journey 6pm-7pm
Week 1: GROUND | Wednesday 11 November
Settle, centre and connect. Explore grounding, posture, stability and the foundations of whole-body movement.
Week 2: EXPAND | Wednesday 18 November
Create space through the breath, ribs, spine and body. Release unnecessary tension and discover greater freedom of movement.
Week 3: SPIRAL | Wednesday 16 December
Explore the flowing, coiling and spiralling movements of White Tiger Qigong, awakening the fascia, mobilising joints and encouraging the smooth circulation of Qi.
Week 4: FLOW | Wednesday 23 December
Bring everything together. Integrate movement, breath and intention into a flowing practice that leaves you feeling balanced, connected and ready for summer.
What to Expect
Drawing from White Tiger Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern movement science, these sessions combine dynamic yet accessible movement, breathwork, meditation and internal awareness.
The practices are designed to support:
Greater mobility, flexibility and whole-body coordination
Release of physical and mental tension
Smoother breathing and nervous system regulation
Improved balance, body awareness and vitality
A deeper connection with your body's natural energy and rhythm
Suitable for All Levels
Whether you're completely new to Qigong or have been practising for years, there's something here for you.
Newcomers will be guided through the essential foundations, while more experienced students will be encouraged to explore deeper layers of structure, breath, fascial connection, Qi and intention.
Everyone works at their own level, with modifications available to suit different bodies and abilities.
