FlowBREATH ~ A Women’s Sacred Breathwork Journey

A space to soften.
A space to breathe.
A space to return home to yourself.

There is a moment many women quietly long for.

A moment where they can stop holding everything together.

A moment where they don’t need to be the one caring for everyone else.

A moment to breathe deeply, reconnect with themselves, and be witnessed in a space of compassion and sisterhood.

Because beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and constant doing, there is a part of you that has always been there…

The part that knows how to slow down.
The part that knows how to listen.
The part that longs to come home to yourself.

FlowBREATH is a sacred women’s circle created as an invitation to pause, breathe, reconnect, and journey inward.

Together, we begin by opening our sacred container with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, taking time to arrive, connect with ourselves and one another, and set an intention for the journey ahead.

From here, you will be gently guided into a FlowBREATH journey inspired by Rebirthing Breathwork, woven together with sound, presence, and intentional space holding.

Your FlowBREATH Journey
As your breath begins to flow, sound will weave through the space, supporting you to soften, settle, and journey inward.

This is an opportunity to step away from the outside world and create space for your own inner experience.

A space to notice.

A space to feel.

A space to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.

After the breathwork journey, we will gently move into integration and reflection, allowing time for journalling, quiet contemplation, and processing your experience.

There will also be an opportunity to share within the circle if you feel called, held by the warmth and connection of women gathering together.

We close our circle with gratitude, honouring the journey each woman has taken.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is not about fixing yourself.

It is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are…

To listen.

To breathe.

To remember.

Your breath has always been with you.
Your body has always been communicating.
Your wisdom has always been within.

This Experience May Support You To;

~ Deepen your relationship with your breath and body
