Heal.ed Tribe and Tarryn from @namastarryn invite young people and the communities around them to come together for a yoga flow. All ages welcome.
We will be coming together to celebrate International Yoga Day whilst raising money to support young people on their mental health journey. All money raised will support Heal.ed Tribe to create a safe space for youth mental health.
It will be an afternoon of yoga and commencing the conversation about Youth Mental Health in a fun and age appropriate way. All young people under 18 get FREE entry and we ask for a $20 donation for over 18 year olds.
Upon checkout, you will have the option to add on a limited edition Heal.ed Tribe ' The Future is Us' t-shirt we'd love to see you wearing on the day! T-shirts will be available to collect upon arrival on the day.
