Step into an immersive afternoon of music, movement, and connection at Flow Frequency — a soulful daytime gathering curated by Dub Sutra in the beautiful courtyard of the La Jolla Wellness Center.

The experience begins with a grounding morning meditation, followed by an all-levels yoga journey led by Jano Galindo and accompanied by Dub Sutra performing live. Through downtempo electronic soundscapes, world rhythms, live instrumentation, chanting, and dance-inducing grooves, the music is designed to uplift, ground, and inspire. The afternoon will conclude with a restorative sound healing gong bath.

Enjoy conscious vendors, wellness offerings, nourishing food and healthy tonics from the on-site café, and a welcoming community atmosphere designed to cultivate presence, joy, healing, and authentic connection.
