In this hands-on, interactive class, you’ll learn how to craft pillowy, golden focaccia dough from scratch. While we wait for the dough to rise, we’ll dive into creating two delicious pizza topping options that will transform your focaccia into pizza perfection:

Margherita Pizza– House-made tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of rich balsamic reduction. Classic flavors, elevated!

Confit Potato & Leek Pizza– Creamy béchamel, garlic-infused olive oil, thyme, tender confit potatoes, and buttery leeks for a cozy, savory creation.
