Fomora "The Tomb of the Elder Monarchs" single launch

Fomora will celebrate the release of their single 'The Tomb of the Elder Monarchs', the newest glimpse into the epic tale of the unlikely hero Syla, with a very special limited capacity show at Creatures of Habit Bar.

Amidst a pursuit through the Catacombs of Clynn by the nefarious Underbeast, the hero Syla stumbles upon a cavernous hall, lined with ancient stone sarcophagi, its’ corners and alcoves overflowing with piles of gold and precious jewels - The Tomb of the Elder Monarchs.

Fomora are a seven-piece cinematic jazz fusion group emerging from the Naarm scene who

draw inspiration from fantasy film scores and European fusion and psychedelic music. They tell stories from a far away world, blending spoken word vignettes with the sounds of contemporary jazz and rock instrumentation.

Support from the lush music of the Will Larsen Quartet, and local harpist Katia Mestrovic.
