Feast the senses and sharpen your kitchen skills with a four hour workshop packed with demos, tips, tricks and tastings from six unique artisan food businesses who call the Food Connect Shed home.
From savoury to sweet, churned to fermented, our inaugural showcase is packed with techniques to help you up your own game to impress guests, boost your health and make life a whole lot tastier.
You'll learn to make and work with:
- raw and vegan sweet treats
- fermented hot sauces
- fruity, probiotic water kefir (like healthy soft drink!)
- secret family ice cream recipes
- easy ferments like sauerkraut
- umami-rich miso
Also included:
- Lunch, to take care of the appetite you'll work up along the way
- Tasters served throughout
- The option to buy products to buy and take home if you're hungry for more or keen to get started
- The chance to meet, chat with and pick the brains of our diverse bunch of makers
Our workshops are fun and social, so bring a friend to compare notes with! One ticket for $110, two for $200.
