Refund policy

Weather Policy: The event will proceed as scheduled in the event of light rain. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, the organiser reserves the right to postpone the event. Postponement and Ticket Transfer: In the instance of postponement due to extreme weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. The new date will be communicated to all registered participants and will occur within 12 months of the original event date. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled workshop are encouraged to either: >>Transfer their ticket to another individual or; >>Apply their ticket credit to attend a different eligible future event hosted by the organiser. Note that differences in ticket fees may apply. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. We encourage participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled workshop to transfer their ticket to someone who can or select another eligible event to attend to. Exceptions: While refunds are generally not available, the organiser will consider requests for exceptions in extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include severe personal emergencies or financial hardships.
