Participate in a foraging walk and learn how to identify seasonal common weeds.

Harvest ingredients for lunch
Learn how to prepare some common weeds to use in the kitchen.
And enjoy a delicious lunch.

Many foraging classes teach you to identify the plants, but do not show you how to prepare them.
I will show you simple ways to incorporate this abundant source of food into your everyday meals.
Learn when to harvest different parts of the plant for the tastiest results.
Learn to make foraged seed flour.
Learn how to safely prepare greens that are high in Oxalates.
How to store your harvest

And finish up enjoying a foraged lunch that will inspire you to start using weeds and bush food in your own kitchen.
